MANILA, Philippines - Laguna Governor ER Ejercito, who made a number of action films in the '80s and the '90s, is set to return to filmmaking via  “El Presidente,” a biopic based on the life story of Philippine hero Emilio Aguinaldo. Ejercito intimated at a recent press conference that the film is “special” to him, having had a hand in its inception, which, he said, dates as far back as 1998.
